Privacy policy.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, work email, phone (optional), job title, company.

  • Business info: company size, budget/timeline selections from lead forms.

  • Usage data & cookies: pages viewed, device/browser info, referrers, IP address; via cookies, pixels, and similar tech.

  • Third-party sources: if you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form, LinkedIn sends us the fields you approved.

How we use your information

  • Provide & improve services: respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare proposals, and improve the Site.

  • Marketing & measurement: run campaigns, measure performance, and build look-alike/retargeting audiences where allowed.

  • Security & compliance: prevent fraud, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations.

Cookies, pixels & analytics

We use cookies and similar tech (e.g., Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and occasionally Meta pixel) to understand traffic and measure campaigns.

Controls: You can block cookies in your browser settings. To limit targeted ads, use platform tools (LinkedIn Ad Preferences) or industry opt-outs (NAI/DAA).

Sharing your information

We share data only with:

  • Service providers/processors: hosting, analytics, CRM, email and scheduling tools, and ad platforms—solely to perform services for us.

  • Legal/transfer needs: if required by law or during a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. Under some U.S. state laws, using ad pixels may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising—you can opt out (see Rights below).

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above (typically 24–36 months after last interaction) unless a longer period is required by law.

Your privacy rights

If you’re in the U.S. (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA): You may request access, correction, deletion, and to opt out of “sharing” for targeted ads.

If you’re in the EEA/UK: You have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Our legal basis is typically legitimate interests (running our business and marketing to relevant professionals) and consent where required.
